E-Visit:
All primary care physicians in Kettering Health Medical Group participate in the e-visit program, which allows you to ask your physician about a wide range of minor health issues over the internet and receive a response within 24 hours. If you choose the E-Visit option, log in to your MyChart Kettering Health account, answer a questionnaire about your symptoms, and the physician will review your answers and decide whether they can help you via E-Visit or if they require an in-office visit. Once the appointment is completed, the doctor will cancel the E-Visit and you will then be able to schedule an office visit directly in MyChart Kettering Health.
